About Hayley

Hi, I’m Hayley. Adventure-seeker, boating-lover and kitchen whiz. I’m also the Owner of Focus HR Consulting Service. As your (self-confessed, favourite) Pilbara HR Consultant, I’m dedicated to your success.

I’m a proud Dampier local and thrive as part of the community. I’ve lived in the Pilbara Region for 10 years now. Our little family is made up of my husband Phil, daughter Stevie and son, Rory.  And I am a little bit obsessed with our sweet hometown.

I began Focus HR with a clear vision. To offer Small to Medium Enterprises accessible, affordable and personal HR solutions. After over a decade working in a range of HR roles and organisations, I noticed one key link was missing. The one that connected HR consultants with their clients!
